Empreinte N°8 primarily works as a wedding designer in the Loire Valley, Paris, and throughout France. Our passion also takes us beyond these regions—to Europe and around the world—to help bring your most prestigious weddings and events to life.
There is no specific deadline, but it’s best to contact us as soon as possible—ideally right after you’ve booked the venue and date for your reception. This allows us to develop a solid artistic vision, plan the logistics, and secure the best vendors.

It includes a planning phase, artistic direction and design (detailed design proposal), as well as coordination, setup, and styling on the big day. Each quote is carefully crafted to faithfully reflect your vision and ensure a harmonious, cohesive, and polished presentation, regardless of the size of your wedding.
To get a sense of your project, we generally need a few key details: the date and location, the number of guests, the schedule (ceremony, dinner, brunch), the spaces to be decorated, your inspirations, your priorities, any constraints you may have, and a rough budget. Based on this information, we’ll establish an initial creative direction and develop a customized proposal.
After an initial discussion and review of your project, we will send you a quote along with an initial creative direction. Once the project is confirmed (contract signed and deposit paid), we move into the design phase: we develop the artistic direction and the design package (color palette, materials, design intent for each space, selection of decorative elements, and set design proposals). At the end of this stage, we will approve the concept together, then we will coordinate production, procurement, and logistics to ensure a smooth setup that stays true to the project on the big day.
After an initial discussion to understand your needs, we will send you a detailed quote. The date will be officially reserved upon receipt of the signed contract and the deposit.
